We help our clients help themselves. We do this with professional skills workshops, executive coaching, team coaching and management consulting. And, we have fun doing it.
Who We Serve
Our consultants and coaches have worked with organizations of various sizes, industries and sectors. But, they all have something in common – they all believe that with the proper tools and coaching that individuals and teams can learn and improve.
We have worked with consulting firms, non-profits, government agencies and consumer-facing organizations. Most of them are looking to the future to build leaders at every level that take initiative, learn from their mistakes and bring their strengths to work. Our clients usually reach out to us when their executive team needs help working through some issues, the general employee population asked for additional training and when one or more individual executives could use some coaching to fulfill their potential.
The result? Our workshops usually get the highest ratings possible, our executive coaching clients ask us to help them with their teams and a typical question we hear, “What else can you do for us?”
Our Track Record
Our workshops run 50-60 times per year with the number of participants ranging from 25 to 350 educated, stressed out white collar workers in attendance. Since launching in 2010, we have spoken to and/or trained over 11,000 people.
